1.Do you have door-to-door delivery?

Answer: Yes, we do door-to-door delivery directly to you if you are in India.

2. What types of ethnic wear do you offer?

Answer: We offer a wide range of ethnic wear, including sarees, lehengas, salwar suits, sherwanis, and anarkalis, suitable for weddings, festivals, and other special occasions.

3.Do you provide custom sizing or alterations?

Answer: Yes, we offer alterations to ensure a perfect fit. For custom sizing options, please consult with our in-house tailor during your visit.

4.Can I rent an outfit for an event?

Answer: Yes, we offer a rental service for many of our outfits, allowing you to enjoy luxurious ethnic wear without purchasing. Contact us for availability and rental terms. 

5.What is your return/exchange policy?

Answer: No, we do not  accept returns or exchanges. Custom-made or altered items are non-returnable.

6.How do I care for my outfit?

Answer: We recommend dry cleaning all of our ethnic wear. Specific care instructions are provided with each outfit.

7. Do you offer bridal wear?

Answer- Yes, we have a stunning collection of bridal lehengas, sarees, and other wedding attire. You can book a consultation for personalized assistance.

8.How far in advance should I book my rental outfit?

Answer: It’s best to book your rental at least 2-4 weeks before your event to ensure availability and time for any necessary alterations.

9.What if the outfit gets damaged during rental?

Answer-No, we don't accept minor wear, you are payable to the damages made. But for significant damages or stains, there may be additional repair or cleaning charges. Please refer to our rental agreement for details.

10.Can I try on the outfits before renting or purchasing?

Absolutely! We encourage you to visit our boutique and try on outfits to find the perfect fit and style for your event.
